Information concerning the dates and times of CABE’s webinars is located here.
By booking online for a CABE webinar, you are agreeing to abide by these terms and conditions.
Any individual may attend CABE’s webinars, irrespective of whether or not they are a CABE Member.
In order to attend a CABE webinar, an attendee must first register their intention to attend using the online registration form.
As a requirement for the operation of the webinar, as part of the registration process you will be asked to provide information that personally identifies you or allows us to contact you (“Personal Information”).
By registering, consent is also given for application details to be provided to CABE’s web conferencing provider, Zoom, in order to set up the webinar.
Where a fee applies for attendance, this must be paid in full prior to access being granted. CABE reserves the right to restrict access to any webinar where the required fee has not been settled.
CPD
The amount of CPD that is attached to each webinar will be stated on the webinar’s registration page.
Access
CABE will provide registrants with a confirmation email which will include a link to the website where the webinar will be hosted. In certain cases, attendees may be required to complete an additional registration process with our designated video conferencing platform provider.
Webinar participation may require you to configure your software settings on your web-device upon first use.
CABE will endeavour to facilitate uninterrupted access to the online training, but access may be suspended, restricted or terminated at any time.
CABE reserves the right to remove an individual from a webinar or deny them access to the same, without giving justification.
CABE reserves the right to record the audio and visual content of any CABE webinar.
Webinar variation
CABE reserves the right to make changes to its webinar programme, including making alterations to presenters or programme content and/or cancelling/postponing the webinar in its entirety. CABE will notify registrants as soon as possible of any applicable
changes.
Copyright
The copyright of the content and material contained within the webinar, together with the design, belong to CABE and/or the individual presenter(s).
The content of the webinar must not, in any circumstances, be modified or republished in any way. Any breach of copyright may lead to legal action.
Webinars may contain links to other websites over which CABE has no control. CABE makes no representations or warranties as to the accuracy of information contained on those websites.
CABE does not give any warranty that the web-conferencing provider's website is free from viruses or anything else, which may have a harmful effect on any technology.
Publication of webinars
CABE reserves the right to distribute the recording via certain publication channels including, but not limited to, YouTube.
If you do not consent to your visual being distributed then please email webinars@cbuilde.com no later than 5 working days before the Event whereby your visual will be blurred before distribution, otherwise you will be deemed to have consented.
Privacy
CABE takes the privacy and security of your personal information very seriously. Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect and use personal information in accordance with data protection laws. Our Privacy Policy can be found at https://cbuilde.com/Privacy_Statement.aspx.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, we disclaim all representations and warranties (whether express or implied) as to the accuracy of any information contained within the webinars. We also do not guarantee that the content will be fault free or
up to date and do not accept any liability for any omissions or errors.
CABE does not give any warranty that the web-conferencing provider’s website is free from viruses or anything else, which may have a harmful effect on any technology.
Our right to vary these Terms and Conditions
CABE reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions without prior notice.
Law and jurisdiction
English law applies to these Terms and Conditions.
