This course provides a thorough update on the latest developments in the next revision of Part L in England known as the Future Homes Standard.
Event Summary
On this half-day course, delegates will cover the background to the standard as well as recent updates. This will provide an insight into how the construction of new homes has changed following their introduction.
Additionally, the course will examine the proposed replacement to energy rating methodology used within Building Regulations known as the Home Energy Model. Delegates will understand the changes that the Home Energy Model will introduce when it is implemented with the Future Homes Standard.

Jason has been with Elmhurst for more than a decade and is fully trained as an On Construction Domestic Energy Assessor.
