Professional Interview Assessor
Could you be our next panel assessor* for:
- CABE Chartered membership
- CABE Building Inspector Competence Assessment Scheme (CBICAS)
- CABE's Residential Surveyor Section (RSS)
- Engineering Council Registration; or
- Higher-Risk Buildings Registration.
If you are looking for ways to give back to industry and help others independently verify their achievements, we want to hear from you. All CABE assessors receive training, guidance and shadowing opportunities to enable you to assess the competences of others. You decide how many assessments you are able to do each month, and we will do the rest.

*To sit on a panel you must hold a relevant grade of membership, or registration for the panel.
Speakers and Trainers
CABE Members are required to undertake 35 hours of Continuing Professional Development (CPD) every year to ensure that they keep up-to-date with relevant legislative and technological developments in the industry.
To help member meet this obligation, CABE runs a wide variety of events and training opportunities including our regional buildeng conferences,
seminar and workshops, and free webinar sessions.
We are currently looking to expand our training and development programme and would be interested in hearing from potential speakers and trainers.
Our attendees come from a wide of professional disciplines within the construction sector including building control surveyors, architects, fire engineers and health and safety professionals.

Regional Events
CABE's regularly holds free CPD events throughout its UK and Ireland regions for members and non-members to get together and share knowledge. These opportunities provide a fantastic opportunity for companies to talk directly with industry professionals,
letting them about your products and services and know how your company can help them.
