Reasonable Adjustment Policy

CABE is committed to the promotion of equal opportunities and, in line with the Equality Act (2010), makes sure that the services it offers are available to everyone regardless of disability (whether it is a physical or a mental impairment) through the application of reasonable adjustments.


It is our aim that through reasonable adjustments, the disadvantages that would otherwise be experienced will be removed.
If you would like to request a reasonable adjustment, you should first read CABE’s Reasonable Adjustments Policy to ensure that it is relevant to your circumstances.

All reasonable adjustments are based on individual needs and as part of your request for these adjustments, you will be asked to supply details and evidence of your disabilities and/or learning needs, along with suggestions of what could be implemented to help you access the services we offer.
