CABE seeks to meet the learning needs of our members by offering an approval scheme that creates a database of valuable, content rich CPD.
Badge your CPD as CABE Approved
Badging your CPD modules as CABE Approved gives your content recognition from one of the most progressive professional membership bodies in the construction sector. With an international audience of members and construction professionals looking for learning content, a badge of excellence demonstrates that your CPD module is aligned with the competency needs of the built environment sector.
CPD Criteria
To be awarded the CABE Approved CPD title, your CPD modules must:
- state clear learning objectives for the CPD content
- be free for CABE Members
- provide between 45 minutes to four hours of CPD; and
- be delivered by a reputable presenter.
CABE Approved CPD Benefits

your CPD will be listed on our database and made available to CABE Members and our regional committees
- rigorously assessed and mapped to the CABE competencies, your CPD will become recommended learning for members looking to improve their skills in that area; and
- use of the CABE Approved CPD logo and branding gives further recognition of the high standard of your CPD. See Approved Logo Guidance for more information on its use.
Fees
How to apply:
- complete the Approved CPD Application Form detailing your CPD module(s) aims and objectives
- map your CPD module(s) learning objectives to the Competency CPD Matrix, highlighting all areas of learning;
and
- return both forms, presenter CV and CPD presentation to training@cbuilde.com.
When your application has been received, you will be contacted by the Training Team for payment. Once payment is received, we will begin processing the application.
