Subscription Fees

  Our Subscription Fees for September 2025-August 2026 are below:

 

Subscription Fees can be paid online, by invoice, or by credit card over the phone by calling +44 (0) 1604 404121 or contact us.

Members can pay subscriptions annually or monthly by setting up a Direct Debit* - please contact the Membership Team for further information at membership@cbuilde.com

 CABE Subscription Fees 

If you are a new member, then a non-refundable administration or processing fee is payable upon your application for all grades of membership except Student.

Technician, Associate & Graduate applications


£60+VAT
Administration Fee

Chartered Member and Chartered Building Engineer.


 

Current members upgrading their membership are required to pay the same fee without additional VAT. 

International members are not required to pay VAT.

 

*The Direct Debit scheme is operated by Premium Credit Limited, an independent finance company. To be eligible, you must be a resident in the UK, aged 18 years or over and hold a bank or building society account which supports Direct Debit payments. If you select the monthly instalment scheme Premium Credit Limited will apply a) a £5 facility fee for subscriptions over £100; and b) an additional interest charge (the amount of interest applied is dependent on your membership fee amount).

Applications for direct debit need to be received 3 weeks prior to your membership renewal date. If you are unsure of your renewal date, please contact the Membership Team: membership@cbuilde.com

Direct debit is only available for members in the UK and Northern Ireland.
