To gather the perspectives of members and professionals working within building control
CABE has once again asked for feedback on the building control system in England and Wales.

This year the questions focused on the changes to the building inspector profession and looked at how well the industry was prepared for them. As this is the third year of issuing the survey, we have been able to take a wider look at the trends which have helped us to have a better understanding of the building control sector from those working within it.

CABE was pleased to receive 575 responses to the survey and can now share a summary of the results...

Thank you to everyone who took part in this year’s survey. The results allow us to better understand the building control sector and the impact the introduction of the Building Safety Act 2022 had on the sector and on those individuals working within it.
