In accordance with CABE’s Publication Policy, where a complaint received by CABE on or after 1 August 2019 results in sanctions being imposed on a CABE member, details of the hearing’s outcomes will be published below and in one issue of Building Engineer.
Hearing outcomes will be published once the parties’ appeal rights have expired or any appeal has been heard and will remain on this website for:
- reprimand- one year
- requesting an undertaking- 18 months
- reduction in membership grade- two years
- suspension- three years
- expulsion- five years.

Sanction: The Disciplinary Panel determined that it was appropriate and proportionate to Reprimand the member. The Disciplinary Panel also directed the member to undertake relevant training and learning and to provide CABE with written undertakings as to his future conduct.
