Report Concerns about a CABE Member


To report a concern or complaint about a CABE Member, please fill in the complaints form below. 

We will review the information provided and contact you to discuss whether the complaint will be subject to a formal investigation by CABE.

Complaints relating to matters after 15 May 2019 will be assessed against the Code of Professional Conduct. Complaints relating to matters prior to 15 May 2019 will be assessed against the Rules of Professional Conduct.

Please note: if your complaint is subject to litigation or arbitration, we will suspend any investigation until the outcome of the litigation.
