Training Frequently Asked Questions |
You can either book online by visiting our ‘What’s on’ page or our Training Courses page. CPD stands for Continuing Professional Development, any type of learning you undertake which increases your knowledge, understanding and experiences of a subject area or role counts as CPD. CPD is an ongoing and planned learning and development process. Yes, by enrolling in this course, you will earn CPD hours. You can either pay at time of booking using credit or debit card or you can opt to receive an invoice. In line with our Terms and Conditions, payment must be made before you attend the course. Yes, you will receive confirmation of your booking with joining instructions. We aim to send this to you within 2 working days. If you haven't received your joining instructions one week before the course, contact our training and learning team by emailing training@cbuilde.com. Yes, lunch will be provided if you are attending a full day face-to-face training course at Northampton HQ. Yes, you are able to transfer your place to someone else as long as they have the same membership status as you and written notice is provided at least 14 days before the course start date. Free parking is available for all courses run at Northampton HQ.
