Unfortunately, we cannot accept bookings over the telephone.



CPD stands for Continuing Professional Development, any type of learning you undertake which increases your knowledge, understanding and experiences of a subject area or role counts as CPD. CPD is an ongoing and planned learning and development process.

Yes, by enrolling in this course, you will earn CPD hours.

Yes, you will receive confirmation of your booking with joining instructions. We aim to send this to you within 2 working days.

Yes, lunch will be provided if you are attending a full day face-to-face training course at Northampton HQ.
Please make sure you tell us if you have any dietary requirements and we will do our best to meet them.



Yes, you are able to transfer your place to someone else as long as they have the same membership status as you and written notice is provided at least 14 days before the course start date.

If you person transferring is a different membership status they will have to pay any difference in price.
