The Building Safety Act has led to major changes in Part 3 of the Building Regulations relating to the giving of building notices or applications for approval of full plans. The Building (Higher-Risk Buildings Procedures) (England) Regulations 2023 introduce more comprehensive procedures for applications relating to higher-risk buildings in England.
