The Welsh Government's consultation on proposals to implement aspects of Part 4 of the Leasehold and Freehold Reform Act 2024 is closing very soon.

The survey is to garner views on how best to utilise the legislation to strengthen leaseholder protections over charges and services, covering reasonableness of services paid for and the ability to scrutinise and challenge unfair fees.

Should you wish to take part in this consultation, you will need to act fast - it closes on 26 September 2025. It applies to both Wales and England.
