Fire Safety Conference - What would you like us to cover?

Last year we undertook a research project to find out what our members are looking for from events. We are now using the results to develop a new series of Built Environment conferences that will be launched for 2026.

One of the events that we are planning to introduce is a half-day online conference focusing on Fire Safety.

Fire safety spans a wide range of areas, but with only half a day, we want to focus on the topics that matter most to you; to ensure that the programme is tailored to our members needs.

We now launching a short survey to discover what subjects you would most like us to cover including questions on the following key areas:

• Legislation & Regulatory Compliance
• Cladding, Materials, and Façade Safety
• Fire Risk Assessment and Management
• Design and Engineering for Fire Safety
• Fire Safety During Construction and Refurbishment
• Case Studies and Lessons Learned
• Building Systems and Fire Protection Technology
• Competence and Responsibility
• Occupant-Centred Safety; and
• Future Trends and Innovation.

Your responses directly determine the conference programmes design and ensure that we focus on the issues that really matter to you, our members.
