The coalition consists of over 90 organisations all working to prevent conflict and reduce disputes across the construction and engineering sectors. Representative of this collaboration is the Conflict Avoidance Pledge, a campaign to encourage early and constructive resolution of disputes, with the aim of helping building projects to run more efficiently and avoid unnecessary legal expenses.
