CABE’s Asia Pacific Chapters celebrate CABE’s 100th anniversary

As part of this year’s centenary celebrations, CABE Members from across the Asia Pacific region were thrilled to kick-start a series of centennial events in Hong Kong. 

CABE President Richard Flynn, CEO Richard Harral and Membership Director Sharon Spice, together with Chapter Chairs Kyran Sze (Hong Kong), Danny Chan (Macau), Sam Chu (Singapore)  and Isacc Sunder Rajan Packianathan (Malaysia), hosted the commemorative cocktail reception which was officiated by the Guest of HKSAR Honour Director of Buildings Mr. CH Ho. 

The reception was attended by over 100 senior HKSAR officials, heads of allied institutes, representatives of local academic partners and industry leaders as well as local members.  

During the reception, a short video took guests on a reflective journey of the Association’s development since 1925. Both the President and CEO expressed their heartfelt gratitude to everyone and reasserted CABE’s commitment to further engagement in the APAC region.
