This Webinar, presented by Mark Snelling, Health, Safety and Fire Consultant at Property Institute, covers the definition of organisational capability, various competence levels, and the background of BSAS 01:2024 – the Organisational Capability Management System Standard.

It discusses the purpose of the standard, its relationship with BSI Flex 8670, PASs 8671, 8672, and 8673, and how to use the standard. Additionally, it addresses the organisational structure, the competence matrix, individual assessments, and the management standard system based on the Plan-Do-Check-Act (PDCA) cycle.
