The day included a valuable presentation by James Walsh (C.S.S.W) from Visqueen, focusing on non-combustible damp proof courses (DPCs), which generated considerable interest and discussion among attendees.

Another key highlight was the presentation by Joseph Birt (PPCABE), Technical Director at FRSNI Ltd., who addressed the recent changes to Northern Ireland’s Building Regulations—an area of particular relevance to building engineers and construction professionals working in the region.

The event received overwhelmingly positive feedback from attendees, who appreciated both the quality of the content and the opportunity to engage with industry peers.

The Northern Ireland Region of CABE would like to extend sincere thanks to all speakers, hosts, and attendees who made the event a success.
