New CABE CPD training course explaining Dutyholder Roles and Responsibilities

A brand new online CPD course, designed exclusively for CABE, is coming on 13 December 2024 and is perfect for broadening your understanding of dutyholders, the roles they play and the functions they must perform.

Image of laptop and person taking notesThe two-hour-long course will provide an overview of the regime changes applicable to dutyholders since the Building Safety Act (BSA) came into English law in 2022.

Other key points covered will include the identification of dutyholders (i.e. clients, principal designers, designers, principal contractors and contractors), their responsibilities when it comes to competence compliance, and the legal ramifications of non-adherence.
