CABE Technical Director Mr. Richard Harral and Hong Kong Chairman Kyran Sze visited School of Higher and Professional Education, Vocational Training Council (VTC SHAPE) on 30 November 2023 to look at how to strengthen the collaboration and support to CABE-accredited courses provided by the Coventry University and University of Central Lancashire.
They visited Dr. YK Chau and Ir Paul Wong of VTC SHAPE to learn about latest information SHAPE's engineering discipline in areas of internationalisation, industry partnership, quality assurance and accreditation, student industrial attachment and graduate employment.
As a key working partner with VTC SHAPE, both Richard and Kyran highlighted the possible aspects for collaboration and partnership between two organizations, bringing benefits to both the students who are engaging in built-environment programmes locally and overseas to respond to the industry needs, and evolutions for the improvement of the engineering industry,
