Soft Skills Training Now Available from CABE

Soft Skills Training


Starting in January 2024, in collaboration with Agenda Partnership, CABE is launching a series of soft skills training sessions to help build on your strengths in communication, teamwork, social skills and managing teams.

Completing soft skills training is just as important as learning technical skills. By building on your skillset these new courses will help you to hone your interpersonal skills helping you to work more effectively.

We are offering you the opportunity to attend introductory or deeper understanding sessions covering four essential areas:

  • Communication – discover how to build a better rapport with your clients and teams by investigating different ways of communicating and listening
  • Teamwork – learn about ways to provide feedback and the importance of emotional intelligence to encourage and motivate others within your team
  • Social Skills – by equipping you with presentation and customer service skills you will discover how to navigate difficult conversations and complaints with confidence; and 

  • Managing Teams – develop your management skills by identifying your strengths and equipping yourself with the necessary tools to lead a successful team.

The training sessions will be conducted throughout the year, ensuring there plenty of opportunities for skill development and knowledge enhancement.
