17 March 2022

CABE Singapore Chapter (“CABE SG”) and Singapore Institute of Building (“SIBL”) have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) to deepen the relationships between the two Associations.

The signing ceremony was conducted in hybrid mode on 17 March 2022, during which Mr. Sam CHU, Chairman of CABE SG and Dr. Sussie Ketit, President of SIBL, signed the MOU.

CABE Chief Executive Dr. Gavin Dunn expressed his heartfelt gratitude to SIBL for including the MOU signing ceremony at the beginning of the Constructing Our World 2022 Conference - Pivoting towards a Greater Resilience that gave weight to constructive collaboration.  He said, “the MOU strengthens exchange of professional knowledge amongst building and construction industries.  This MOU aligns with CABE to promote competencies and build a strong relationship for the local community. We are delighted to partner with SIBL to further support and nurture local professionals where possible.”

The signing ceremony was witnessed by the delegates attending the conference and virtually, and included government representatives and senior management of professional services in the Asia Pacific region.

CABE SG is looking forward to developing the relationship and working closer with the SIBL.
