On 4 Oct 2021, Dr. Lobo Fung, President of the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Property Managers, was invited by CABE HK to give an introductory talk to CABE Members on the Property Services Management Ordinance (Cap. 626), laws of Hong Kong, and how CABE members can further pursue Property Management Practitioner (PMP)’s Licence under the current regime.
Mr. Kyran Sze, CABE HK Chair, said that “CABE HK members and HKCPM Members have progressed positively. Both organisations have made a remarkable contribution to the built-environment industry and we look forward to a closer professional exchange for the betterment of the society.”
