EngineeringUK: Tomorrow’s Engineers Week 2025 - Dare to Discover

10 November 2025
Posted by: Lauren Almey

10-14 November is the 13th Tomorrow’s Engineers Week, an exceptional opportunity for professionals to unite behind a nationwide, EngineeringUK-led initiative celebrating STEM and inspiring the next generation of engineers and tech innovators.

Schools across the nation have been registering all year to gain free access to online resources throughout this week that will serve to shine a light on inspiring engineers and technicians, proudly displaying the variety of careers available to them across the sector.

This year’s theme, Dare to Discover, encourages young people to embrace the learning process, reminding them that success rarely comes on the first try.
Many young aspiring engineers feel the pressure to get everything right immediately, but true innovation often emerges from experimentation, unexpected outcomes, and perseverance. Dare to Discover will spotlight compelling stories of creative problem-solving and non-linear career paths, demonstrating that setbacks are not failures but essential stepping stones to success.

Building on the momentum of last year’s campaign, which reached over 55,000 students across the UK, EngineeringUK aims to engage even more young people aged 11–14 this year, with a week of activities to inspire the next generation, challenge stereotypes, highlight the diversity of engineering careers, and sharing authentic stories that define our sector.
