Scottish Government: introducing the Compliance Plan Approach

Scottish Building Standards Futures Board logoThe Scottish Government is holding a CPD Webinar with CABE to introduce the Compliance Plan Approach and the new role of Compliance Plan Manager.

Frank Doherty, Standards Compliance and Digital Strategy Team Leader, Building Standards Division, Scottish Government, will be explaining how and why the Compliance Plan has been developed for buildings classified as high-risk.

He will also guide webinar participants through the newly established professional role of Compliance Plan Manager, the expectations and interactions of the position, and how the Approach as a whole will fit into the existing building regulatory system in Scotland.

Free and open to CABE Members and non-members, the session is on 1 April 2025, 11am til midday.
