Building Safety Regulator running a Building Safety Webinar Series

Across February and March 2025, the Building Safety Regulator (BSR) is holding its free Building Safety Webinar Series, offering guidance on a range of building safety issues.

The programme consists of the following:

 

  • Wednesday 19 February, 1pm-3pm: Building Assessment Certificates (BACS) - focusing on application criteria for more experienced Principal Accountable Persons (PAPs) and Accountable Persons (APs)
  • Thursday 20 February, 5pm-7pm: Building Assessment Certificates (BACS) - different to above, this session is on application criteria for less experienced, resident-led organisations responsible for submitting BAC applications
  • Thursday 27 February, 2pm-4pm: dealing with large scale remediation and refurbishment work and newer-build higher-risk buildings (HRBs)
  • Tuesday 4 March, 2pm-4pm: Domestic clients - building works in HRBs for small-scale residential clients; and
  • Tuesday 18 March, 12pm-2pm: Regulation of the Building Control Profession - an update for building inspectors and building control bodies.
