Welsh Government release new circular on publication of Investigation Procedure Statement

The Welsh Government's Building Regulations Department has released circular letter WGC 013/2024 to notify the building control profession in Wales of the publication of an Investigation Procedure Statement.

As per the Department, the statement outlines the process that will be undertaken when it becomes aware of a situation that may represent a potential contravention of the Operational Standards Rules by a local authority.
