Department of Finance Northern Ireland's Energy Efficiency Consultation Closing Date Extended

The Department of Finance Northern Ireland has extended the deadline for their consultations reviewing the energy efficiency requirements and related areas of the building regulations.

The consultation includes a:

  • review of energy efficiency requirements and related areas of Building Regulations
  • discussion document and pre-consultation on next steps; and
  • preliminary stage rural impact assessment.

 

Building Engineers working in Northern Ireland now have until 15 December 2023 to have their say on the proposals.
