COVID 19 webinar: Construction Contract Obligations – What now for the future?


To understand better construction contract obligations under the epidemic and discuss best practice in the industry, the Chartered Association of Building Engineers (CABE) Singapore Chapter organised a Webinar COVID 19 webinar: Construction Contract Obligations – What now for the future? on 28 May 2020.


Moderated by Mr. Sam Chu, Chair of CABE Singapore Chapter, Mr. Daniel Tay, Partner of Chan LLP, and Ms. Hong Mei Ling, Associate Director of Arcadis Singapore were invited to have online sharing with about 80 participants who were mainly CABE Members, professionals and policy-makers in Singapore, as well as CABE Members in Hong Kong and Malaysia.
