Dear members,

In a recent letter from Neil O'Conner, Building Safety Programme Director at MHCLG, new measures were announced on the "remediation of unsafe non-ACM cladding systems on residential buildings".

This important update provides clarification from government on a number of key issues pertaining to the construction industry and the effects of the COVID-19 pandemic and on building remediation work. We recommend that you read the letter and share the information to keep the industry up-to-date with the latest developments as they arise.
