Exciting things are happening at CABE
07 October 2019
We have a new brand, a new website and a new look Building Engineer.
Our new brand brings together everything that Chartered Association of Building Engineers (CABE) stands for and will influence everything we do. The new look allows us to reflect and reinforce our identity, allowing both the Association and its members to stand out in a crowded market.
Building Engineers make buildings perform better: more inclusive, safer for all and sustainable over time. CABE’s brings members and professionals to create a community of like-minded professionals who believe in collaboration and communication. Our unifying voice across the industry brings Building Engineers together to collaborate to raise standards, share knowledge and develop professionals.
Our new logo will be the face by which we are recognised. The lines represent members connecting, building on each other’s skills and experiences to drive progress and define a better built environment.
Individual Members (except Student members) can use CABE’s logo alongside their designatory letters, to promote themselves as individual members. This could include on personal business cards or on e-mail signatures. If you are a sole practitioner, you can also use the logo on your website and your business stationery. For more information take a look at our logo guideline.
Our new colours have been carefully chosen to represent CABE and its members. The colour palette represents creativity, intelligence, loyalty and trust reinforcing the message the CABE members are competent professionals who work to the highest possible standards.
The first phase of cbuilde.com has been launched, during the next couple of weeks the functionality and features to the website will be turned on allowing you to log on to the members area, update your CPD online and manage your subscriptions. We will contact you again to let you have more information about these features.
Building Engineer Journal
Building Engineer has a new look, with technical articles and all your favourites including the news briefing and a member profile. As well as the new look it is now being delivered naked, helping to reduce the amount of single use plastics that are sent to landfill.
