Synopsis

On construction projects, many of the same issues (such as extensions of time, claims for loss and expense, variations, defects and termination) come up for consideration and debate time and time again.

The aim of this session is to equip the audience with a working understanding of these issues by reference to key provisions in Hong Kong standard form construction contracts and utilising interactive case studies.
